PRICE

All prices are displayed in Euros. Additional shipping costs will be added in the order form and the customer will be able to confirm or not the purchase.

DUTY

Due to our fiscal treatement, our prices are not charged with current taxes. So they don’t change for shipments outside the EU.

However, you may still be charged customs clearance costs on receipt of your purchase. Our studio will not be responsible for these costs or any other costs imposed by local authorities regarding clearance.

AVAILABILITY

Our items are either available or to specific order.

Ready to ship items should be dispatched within 4 working days. Orders which require specific amendments should be shipped between 2 to 5 weeks. Our studio will send an e-mail to the customer with right information about delivery time.

PURCHASE ORDER

Your order is accepted and the terms and conditions of the transaction applied from the moment that you “confirm” the order online.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

The delivery address refers to the registered information entered on the website by the customer.

All international shipments are made by Italian mail, who also provides a tracking system for a very large number of destinations to ensure you the safe and expedient transfer of shipments.

DAMAGE

If you receive a damaged work, you have to send an e-mail to our address: artez@studiozanazzo.com including some photos of it.

After our reply, you have to ship the damaged work in its original packaging, asking for its substitution.

Alternatively, you can also receive an offer of partial refund of the amount paid.

After we received the damaged work, we will ship a new one to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

Returned items are accepted within 10 days from the date of shipping, only when sent in the original packaging.

The customer must send an e-mail to www.artez@studiozanazzo.com explaining the reasons for the return.

Return postage is to be paid for by the customer without the expectation of reimbursement by our Studio, as only the item cost will be refunded.

Refunds will be returned to the client’s order name and invoice address within 15 days of receipt of the returned item after ascertainment the integrity of the work. Tailor-made works can not be returned.

CONFIDENTIALITY

STUDIO D’ARTE ZANAZZO certifies that private information will not be held by any other party. It will be kept confidential and used only for internal use.

In agreement with the TI (technological information) safety information law (January 6th 1978) customers have the right to access and change their personal information.
